Designed by ICR Studio for Avi and Neetha, these new builds are clean, practical, and built for everyday living. Both homes feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light and smooth indoor-outdoor flow. The design is simple but sharp, with matching finishes that give the homes a cohesive look while still allowing for a few unique details in each.
We managed the full build from start to finish, keeping the worksite running smoothly. JRA Construction made sure the project stayed on budget and schedule. We worked closely with the architect to follow the design plans exactly, especially with details like window placement and finish selections. We kept the clients updated throughout the process and made sure the result met their expectations.
Each house has a polished look, with good flow between rooms and plenty of space for family living. The outdoor areas are easy to maintain and link well with the interior layout. Everything came together smoothly, and the clients were happy with both the build process and the result.
